Welna Studio designs and installs saunas, ice baths, hot tubs and outdoor showers on the Costa del Sol. This page explains what personal data we collect through welnastudio.com, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Welna Studio, Marbella (Málaga), Spain. For anything related to your data, write to info@welnastudio.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the kind of space you have, and your message. We use this to reply to you, plan a site visit and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Email and phone. If you write or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the project conversation is live, and afterwards for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page views and performance data, not a profile of you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
- Security. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site and block abuse. We rate-limit the enquiry form by IP address to stop spam.
Cookies
welnastudio.com sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The client and team portal at app.welnastudio.com sets a single session cookie needed to keep you signed in; it is only used by people we have given an account.
Who else sees your data
Enquiries are stored in our own customer system, hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure inside the European Union where available. Email runs on Google Workspace. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. If a project goes ahead, we share only what is needed with the manufacturers and installers involved in your build.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Data connected to a signed project is kept for the duration of the warranty and service relationship, and afterwards as long as Spanish law requires (generally six years for accounting records).
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email info@welnastudio.com and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
